On July 14, 2020, Andrea M. Keiser of Keiser Legal, PLLC appeared before the Town Council in the Town of Miami Lakes requesting conditional use approval to operate a college in a facility formerly housed by Dade Medical College and to increase the maximum allowable student enrollment. Keiser successfully persuaded the Town Council that the proposed use was consistent and harmonious with the existing zoning district and adjacent properties and that the increase in student enrollment had no adverse impacts. The Town Council voted unanimously to approve the application!
